Pineapple Blueberry Crunch Cake

This recipe is super easy, and a great addition to your summer party! It's from Paula Deen's kitchen, so you know it's decadent, yet full of fresh flavors!



 What You'll Need
-3/4 Cup butter
-1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple, in juice
-1 (20 oz) can blueberry pie filling
-1 box yellow cake mix
-1 Cup chopped pecans


What You'll Do

1. Preheat oven to 350F and butter a 9x13 casserole dish.
2. Melt the 3/4 C butter in saucepan over low heat.
3. Pour pineapple with juice into dish, then evenly spread blueberry filling on top.
4. Cover the mixture with yellow cake mix, then top with pecans.
5. Drizzle with melted butter.
6. Bake 35-45 minutes

Makes 8 servings



This combination of flavors is just right! I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit!
